📅 1. 7-Days Return Window

We offer a straightforward 7-Day Return Policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

✅ 2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it.
• It must be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and manuals intact.
• An unboxing video is highly recommended for claims related to damaged or missing parts.

🔄 3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at info@charmyproducts.in or message us on WhatsApp at +91 98256 20772 with your Order ID and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide instructions on how to send the package back to us.

💳 4. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Card via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.

❌ 5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as products purchased during clearance sales or items damaged due to improper use/installation by the customer.
